Many athletes are missing one key ingredient to becoming a great athlete NUTRITION.

We are excited to announce our partnership with Cherish Nutrition.  Lindsay Hazard is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).  She graduated with her Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern where she also completed her dietetic internship.  As a former athlete, she competed in cross country and track at a D2 university and continues to run today!

Lindsay helps our Areté Athletes, along with their parents, learn what they should be eating and when they should be eating it. 

A proper nutrition plan can provide our young athletes with more energy, faster recovery and feeling stronger while competing. Eating properly can also prevent injury since the body is properly nourished.

Our amazing athletes aren’t only pushing their bodies hard and recovering from that effort, they are also GROWING which requires even more nutrients.
